Most of these are from Typekit, which you get a free subscription to if you have InDesign CC or any CC product, but anybody could subscribe to Typekit.
If you go to the Type menu in InDesign and go down to Find Font, you can see all the fonts listed here.
I think the first thing you need to do though is double-check that your client will have the fonts. I don't think the Mac version was able to convert Publisher files since publisher is not available for MAC.Įven though Pagemaker is no longer available on the updates are still available there at the link below but you will have to purchase the full version on Amazon or EBay first and install it.- If you're a designer who's laid out something very nicely in InDesign like this Globe Bank brochure here and your client says "Ah we love it, "but we need it in Word format to edit it." Does that strike fear in your heart? Does that turn hair white? Well, don't worry about it because I'm going to show you a very simple way to do so and if you are the client, if you're the Word user whose designer just refuses to convert an InDesign file to something that you can edit in Word, you need to show them this video or just show them how to do it after you watch the next few minutes.
Also since you're converting Publisher files you might want to get the windows version of Pagemaker and install in on a windows PC in compatibility mode unless you have an older PC laying around with nothing newer than Windows 7. The retailers are selling it on an original CDdisk. it is available for both Windows and Mac on Amazon and EBay. You can say that Pagemaker was the prototype to InDesign and thats why the format is compatible. Adobe Pagemaker 7 was the last professional program that was able to open "Punisher" (Publisher files) Once you open it in Pagemaker and save it as a Pagemaker file format then you can open it with InDesign. People on Amazon and Ebay are selling them as low as $25. Go to Amazon and type in Adobe Pagemaker. If you could get your hands on the old but very last copy of Adobe Pagemaker.
